Real Estate Development business line

For more than 15 years now, the Real Estate Development business line has been active in the development of building areas as well as in planning, turnkey construction and sale of all kinds of buildings. During the development phase companies of the ARAN group examine the sites to ensure best possible utilization of the area. Then, upmarket properties are planned and realized, taking account of macroeconomic, social and environmental aspects.

After completion of the development phase the ARAN group assumes the function of a building promoter to coordinate the building projects. This includes obtaining permits from public authorities, any and all building work from architectural planning to carrying out the construction work. Within the scope of the building project, group companies are responsible for project management, production of specifications, distribution of budgets and resources, documentation in accordance with DIN requirements and project controlling. A special competence of ARAN is constructing upmarket owner-occupied flats that stand out due to their high quality as regards construction and amenities and because of their fantastic location.
